Our Mission and Values
At DJ Animikii, we are committed to reciprocal Indigenous and minority relationships, contributing to community and cultural initiatives, supporting programs for education, training, mentoring, and employment with Indigenous communities.
We acknowledge and honour the ancestral lands and First Peoples of Saskatchewan:Nêhiyawak (Plains Cree), Nahkawininiwak (Saulteaux), Nakota (Assiniboine), Dakotaand Lakota (Sioux), and Denesuline (Dene/Chipewyan) and make every effort to maintain the delicate balance between our work activities and preserving the environment.

Indigenous Inclusion
To bring an Indigenous lens to all levels of decision-making, and to focus on Indigenous Inclusion in ESG Standards.
Environmental
To sustain and protect the environment at every worksite through defined management objectives and targets.
Social
To deliver a consensus-driven, proactive and long-term approach to Indigenous engagement and to increase community capacity and deliver positive economic results for all parties involved.
Governance
To promote workplace health & safety by strictly adhering to all required safety, regulatory and statutory requirements throughout our operations.

We pride ourselves on maintaining quality and diversity in our projects and operations, and have worked across Saskatchewan and parts of Manitoba, building roads, site development, lagoons, oilfield leases, and in the mining sector.
We hold memberships with SHCA, MHCA, HCSA, ISNetworld and Safety COR through HCSA.
